What do I do.. Me and this guy have been togther for 6 months in about a week ! My mom already found out about me and him when we were dateing about 3 months . She didn't like it.. Yes, she can press charges for parental interference if you continue to see him. An 18 year old man has nothing in common with a 13 year old child.

You're 13, do you really think you have enough experience to know what love is. At your age it is likely to be nothing more than infatuation.

And everyone who want to justify a relationship that is questionable at best, uses the age doesn't matter line. The fact is that age DOES matter. It matters less and less as one gets older, but it does matter. An 18 yr old is at a very different level than a 13 yr old. If he doesn't act like an 18 yr old then maybe he is developmentally challenged which makes him less boyfriend material.

But the bottom line is, until you are 18, your mom is in control. If she says you can't see him and he defies that, he could wind up in jail.

You wait 5 years and if he is still interested in you, then you can resume your relationship.

You love him so much, you want to send him to prison, Guess he does not care if he goes to prison for 4 or 5 years, and guess what, men who molest children ( and that is what this is) are hated in prison, so he will have it hard the entire time.
