My husband and I started building on to our house a few months ago and strange things started to happen. We would go to bed knowing that the last thing we used was a drill and wake up the next morning to find that the battery was out of the drill and in the saw. We kind of played that off to being tired and stressed and forgetting where we had the battery, but it continued to the point we started writing doen where the last thing we done. We have heard the sound of someone being in our daughters new bedroom and no one is there. My mom has been out there alone and heard the same noises we do. We have small things coming up missing that we tear the house apart looking for then days later they show up in an obvious place. A lot of the times we are out there we have the feeling someone is watching us and the hair on the back of your neck stands up. We did not tell our daughter because we didn't want to freak her out but this Tuesday things took a turn for the VERY STRANGE. I had picked up our one year old and went to get something to eat for myself and my daughter when I got home I got my son out of the car seat and put him on the ground grabbed the diaper bag, my purse, the food and two drinks from my car. I made it to our front steps and saw that my son was playing in the dirt instead of following me in. I stood at the bottom of our steps and opened the front door placed the bags on the floor in front of the door and yelled for my daughter this is our conversation
Me: Chy
Her: What
Me: Ma'am?
Her Ma'am
Me: Can you come get this food where I can get brother please
Her: Yes ma'am give me a minute
It was obvious from the direction of her voice she was in her bedroom. I grabbed the baby and got him inside, put him down and grabbed the bags she was told to get. My daughter came walking out of my bedroom that is on the other end of our house and I said never mind I got it. She said got what? I said the bags I asked you to get, she said you didn't ask me to get anything I haven't talked to you today. I turned white and started to cry. I don't feel like anyone is trying to harm us they have had ample opportunity to do that already, but I have owned this property for several years and we have never had anything like this happen, so why now? What do they want? How do I get rid of them? I have to tell you though I don't think it is related my grandfather died in this house almost 4 years ago.

Someone's death isn't always the reason for a haunting and I'm glad you are open to that. Why spirits manifest when they do, especially when they have had ample time in the past is sometimes a hard question to answer. One thing I do have to say is that I would not judge the intentions of a spirit by how much opportunity it has had in the past to do harm. They are patient and very deceptive and it is not always physical harm that they desire.

Also, the experience you had is a great example of a spirits ability to recreate themselves to sound and look like someone we know... which is where a great number of "ghostly" experiences come from.

If you want my opinion, these spirits are not human. They may pretend to be, but they are not. I would look into removing this spirit(s) as soon as possible, especially since children and young ones are in the home. Have you children experienced anything in the home lately?

May I inquire about the religious beliefs, if any, that you and your family hold to?
