Both look like original pieces, they don't look to be from anything specific. At least anything that I recognize. I wouldn't be surprised if someone else recognizes it though. It might help to post on an Anime forum too.

This is tsugai kogarashi and it isn't an anime it is a song that tells a story of two people.
