Since I am on ETG tests, I cannot take the regular NyQuil.
But is it OK to take alcohol-free vicks nyquil?

EtG tests detect nothing else and EtG is a direct metabolite of ethanol. From the standpoint of the test alcohol-free NyQuil should be safe.

Don't blame you for questioning. You're wise to double-check everything when subjected to this test.
