I am having a live scan done for a job and have a 7411 from Michigan that is about 22 years old, This will not show up on my scan will it?

It doesn't matter, really. What matters is what kind of background check your potential employer ordered. Just saying "live scan" isn't it.

So, let me put it this way.. If the job you're seeking is flipping burgers, then your 7411 (assuming it ISN'T serious) probably WON'T be reported. BUT, if you're applying for a job as a bank manager, then I'll bet EVERYTHING in your past will be revealed.
