A non retractable foreskin can be a health hazard in later years and create bad bacteria underneath if you can't retract to clean under. The bacteria underneath the foreskin is called smegma.

I already have a senior client plagued by this because, similar to many others like him in their 80s, we're not circumsized for economical reasons.

You can consult with your doctor regarding adult circumcision if this is a sexual drawback, or you can use lubrication of any soft, ky jelly, etc, to assist cleaning underneath.

I hope this helps, sorry for being long winded, but just giving examples to help.

Go and see your doctor, he/she will need to examine you, your may need an operation, to either just cut it a little, to release it, or you may consider being circumsided.

GO see your doctor. My husband has a non retractable foreskin and his doctor suggested to him getting circumsized.

When the foreskin is too small, it can cause many problems, including infection, pain, tears, and I THINK infertility.

Not to mention it's a pain to clean up the toilet after using it due to spray issues
