I have made a lot of mistaking while growing up... one of which is owning too many credit cards too young and occasionally not being able to pay my bills. This all happened when I was in college and young and stupid and boy do I wish I wouldn't have done some of those crazy things. Well... now I'm in a much better situation and am able to start slowly paying back my creditors, but I have no clue how to contact them and start to the process of rebuiliding my credit. Does anyone know where I can go to find out this information. I know it lists some of them (not all) on my credit report, but it does not give contact information. PLEASE HELP!

Has anyone answered your question. I'd like to know an answer because I'm on the same boat.

There are three major credit reporting agencies; Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. There are tons of websites that offer free credit reports for all three. You credit report will let you know who you owe money to. Although I find it hard to believe you don't get letters in the mail regarding your debt. After a length of time they will sue you for this debt. If someone is trying to sue you, they will go to great lengths to find your address.
