In 2009 my husband won green card.we passed embassy in egypt.we had hikkah marrige certificate from uk, legalized.he didn't show it in embassy, and told them that he had never been to uk. So he lied, our child is on his name.they old us to register otherwise only he would get green card.as if he tryied but because of my turist visa, it coed us delays and difficulties, he sent me home with our child telling me all will be OK.we are form different countries.now he is the second year in usa but he does nothing us to join him. I am telling him to leav usa and come back because it is impossible to wait years and years.but he turned his mobile off. What can I do now? Can I join him witout his agreement or can I report him to revoke green card, and he would be deported back to his country.he told me that he can call us only when he will take usa passport, it will take 5 years plus year more us to join him, total 6 years, it is ridiculous to wait this just for usa citezenshipI want to join him or him go back.please help me to get my family back.what can I do?

I have a more direct question - why do you want to be with this man who very obviously doesn't want to be with you? I don't know how you'll join him in the US when you have no sponsor - unless there is someone else willing to sponsor you. And if you get to the US and he doesn't want you "here," then what happens?
