The boss told other employees about my personal records.

What records, your work record, your medical record, your criminal record, your attendance records?
What type of work, what industry?

Personal records mostly my physical n drug screen results... the company is a gov contractor, n the industry is maintenance n repairs of military ships

First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
Second, if you want our help you really need to give us more to go on. What were the circumstances where this info was revealed. Did your boss (and was this your direct supervisor or the company owner or what?) just go and say to others that jayroc has a drug problem or what?
Maybe it was possible that co-workers needed to know for their own safety or for productivity purposes etc.
What "privacy rights" do you think you have? If you want to know if you can sue your company, it is highly unlikely unless there is more to this. But you should be going to your HR dept to complain.
