Parents are H1B and Son is on F1 Visa. Can Parents claim him as dependent? Also, Can Parents claim his tution/fees as education credit/tution deduction in the 1040 Form?

F1 is exempt from residency. A dependent must be resident of U.S. So H1B parents can not claim F1 son as well the tuition deduction/education credit.
