I had the battery tested and it is good. I don't know what's going on. I turn the key and it just make a click, my clock on the radio resets, cd changer cycles, doors lock and unlock, I am puzzled.

I would remove the battery and place it on a charger. Only then will you truly know if it is good or not. Stop charging when the ammeter approaches 1 to 2 amps. Most auto parts stores will charge batteries for free. I suspect the battery is bad and you'll need to replace it.

Could have a short in the power locks that is draining the battery I had a similar problem and now I unhook power locks at night and the car starts up fine every time, maybe give that a try

Those are classic symptoms of low battery voltage at the fuse block.
Make certain that both ends of both battery cables are clean and tight, free from rust or corrosion. Inspect the entire cable length for potential issues.
If you know how, perform a voltage drop test at each connection point until you find where that precious battery voltage is going.
