I am 45, had a urinary stricture in the past and got a very successful surgery eleven years ago. Since then, I have had no problems whatsoever with sex, intercourse, erection, ejaculation, etc. During the last years I have been pretty - sexually - active w/ same partner and have experienced normal and clean orgasms after intercourse. Last night though, while being very close to ejaculating during a very physically active intercourse I suddenly felt a sting or a prick in my urethra while still having my penis fully erected and penetrating. Then, after I ejaculated and finished the business, I noticed some bleeding out of my urethra on the glans penis. When I urinated soon after the intercourse I noticed some blood coming out in the beginning and right after. This morning I did not have the bleeding when started urinating, but I did right after I finished – a couple of drops. Now, I think somehow a section/portion of my urethra has been seriously compromised. I admit my penis was put under physical strain as she forced, wrestled and probably bent my member while on top of me last night.
I am really concerned now due to any possibility of a small rupture or tear of my internal skin tissue alongside the urethra or somewhere within the shaft. I do not want to go through any stressful and painful urethra procedure again. I am also concerned about the possibility of infection for any or both of us as I was not wearing condom. What might have been the cause? I am sure it is not related to any STD. Should we take it a little easier from the “mechanical” standpoint when having sex? Thank you!
