Typed page is being split on to 2 pages. We bought new cartridges and problem did not alleviate. Any suggestions what we might be able to do? We don't print often and knew ink was drying out between sessions, but new ink hasn't

What are you printing from? Does this happen with all software that you print from?

I was using Microsoft word. The usual screen did not appear asking for # of copies like it usually did in the past.

Try printing from another program. Also try reinstalling the printer.
