Hi I'm 22, 5 ft 4 n I average between 7st 4 n 8stone. But I can't seem to gain anymore? I'm a vegaterian. I've tried a healthy diet, eating junk and binge eating. If I don't eat constantly everyday I drop to 7st 4, I am active but am now starting to try and avoid long walks and anything to active in an aid to keep my weight. I'm a size 6 evan after having 2 children and its getting me down. I've been to the doctors and they all say the same thing, most people would be happy to be this skinny. Is there anything els I can do? I don't want to gain a lot id just be happy if I could get to or between 8 1/5 to 9 stone
