I just sold my rental home, have not received payment from 2 rentals in early November from propery mgmt co. I have a tenant that they are trying to relocate for a vacation in Feb. And feel my money is being held until they find new accommodations. Does the mgmt. Co. Have to furbish me with proof from the relocated tenant that they have not been successful in relocating, or do I have to take their word for it!
