Okkay. My sister has been asking me about heavy periods.I have no idea what to tell her when she ask me questions because I don't know. Why does sh have a heavy flow to where sometimes her pads are flooded with blood and red gooey stuff.. She says it "hangs from her vaginal area" whatever that meant idkk.. But she throws up the first day of her period every month. What does that mean? And why are her periods like that?

Everyone period is different. The think stuff hanging out of her vag is the uterine lining shedding. There is never really anything to explain why some periods are heavier than others. Her throwing up could be from the pain or her hormones raising... Idk. Sorry :( But have you tried going up the absorbancy level?
