Janitrol heat pump not putting out heat but running

Feel the copper lineset,is one warm and the other cold?
It could be you are hearing the fan run but the compressor is not,

OK, time to get down and dirty, pull the cover/door off furnace,spin the fan is it stiff or does it turn freely,sounds like heatpump might be OK but fan not blowing the air into home
With heatpump running ,did you feel the lines coming from HP is 1 warm/hot and the other cold? Or is this what you was telling me ((no)) about
