I met this guy in tap tap revenge " app for iPod/ipone etc " and we spoke on kik for a while as well "also and app"
And I guess we sort of fell in love, he asked me to be his girlfriend and I said yes, I'm in australia and he is In the you.k so it's long distance, I asked my 16 year old friend "nothing between us" if he thought it was OK, I do and my boyfriend does- but just to make sure, my friend said as long as we loved each other it shouldn't matter, we do. We love each other more than anything in the world, but I want to know if it's right... Because I would be shattered if it isn't.

You are not "dating". You cannot date when you live thousands of miles apart. And at 13 you really are too young to know for sure that you are in love. You will feel the same way several times before you become an adult.

Normally I would say a 17 yr old romantically interested in a 13 yr old is very wrong. The two of you are at very different stages in your lives. But a relationship in cyberspace is not entirely real. If you want to maintain contact with this guy until you turn 18 and can do something about it, go ahead. But you MUST tell your parents first. They have the final say until you are 18.

Yes your parents should know, sadly often 30 or 40 year old men pretend to be 16 or 17 to entice young girls into meetings.

But again, let your parents know, and if they are OK with you talking to him it will be fine

Ummm no this is terrible. That's far from love, the 17 year old could very well be a 50+ year old man fondling his meat in his mothers basement. You should not hook up with older guys at this age, especially not in tap tap.
