I am an international student in US. I came in 2009 August and my status is F1. Last two years I was a graduate student and TA in a school of Ohio. I filed tax form for 2009 (for federal 1040EZ and for state Ohio IT 1040EZ,)and 2010 (federal by turbotax and state Ohio IT 1040EZ)with the help of my friends. Suddenly just now I got to know that I filed wrong form. Now what should I do? Could you please let me know what are the forms for both federal and state I need to submit?

Please help me out by giving details information.

Your Ohio STATE return is probably okay, and no amendment is required there.

However, you should amend the 2009 and 2010 return, filing Form 1040X along with properly-prepared Forms 1040NR-EZ plus Form 8843. The sooner you do this, the better, because if you owe additiional tax, the interest and penalties only get worse with time.
