I took one shot before I moved here to Louisiana in September, it ran out around the 19th of December. I bled for about 15 days or so, and was sexually active in them. Now I'm having what feels like pain or a stretchy twisted feeling in my stomach. If I'm correct I should start my next period about the 9th-14th. If I miss my period, is it possible I am pregnant or did my shot wearing off completely mess my body up to were it acts strange?

Or could it have also have happened right before my shot fully wore itself off? I was having sex all the way up to my period, and my doctor said you shouldn't have sex for a week after you get the shot, and a week before it wears off for the month. I was reckless with my decision on having sex the week before it was supposedly going to wear off.
