I have been looking for this film since I was a kid... I vaguely remember the plot...
From what I remember the film was about a Teenage boy who finds a suitcase that was lost by two men in black figures. The case contained some sort of high tech gun that he uses to kill off a bunch of high school bullies at a local arcade. There is a scene towards the end of the movie where he and his girlfriend are hiding by a tree or bushes at night.. She paints a stary sky scene on his face in mascara... (a purple and pink sun set with shooting stars on his face... it was like "warpaint" )... The teenage boy with the top secret weapon may have had a mullet... lol... he was pretty derpy looking from what I remember...
Anyway... this movie has been a ***** to find, and I would love to watch it again out of Nostalgia... Any help would be greatly appreciated... I've been trying to track down this film for YEARS... Thanks guys!
