She gave birth to one it was dead already at 9:50p last night and has not dropped any more and I feel at least 2 more is she going to be all right? Cause it is new years and I have no way to get her to Savanah or Charleston and we live in beaufort.

Any more than a few hours between puppies and you should go to the vet. They will most likely examin her and give a shot of oxytocin to encourage delivery of the next pup. If the remaining pups are in awkward positions she may require a c-section to get them out.
Have a look at vets in the phone book and see if there are any with after hours of public holiday call numbers.

The first puppy being stillborn doesn't necessarily mean the others will be as well so time is of the essence.
