I'm new at this and am not sure where to start, or even where to post this question, Im a newly wed and have been married for 3 months now and me and husband have been trying for a baby. My period came on time last month but only lasted for 3 days, then stopped... now 17 days later I started bleeding again... it started very light and eventually stopped for awhile but then started again that same day and it hasn't stopped sense... its been 5 days sense then... and the whole time I've felt sick, tired and a little feverish feeling, nomally I don't have irregular periods, can you be pregnant and still have a period even if its not on time? Could it be just a normaly period that came early or could it be what they call implantation bleeding? Is it something that I should worry about? Or not? I'm just looking for some answers and thought that someone on here might be able to help

My gynecologist always told me that if you don't feel right, or are concerned about the way your feeling especially if it is not normal for you, then you should make an appt. It could be something as simple as a really really bad yeast infection that you didn't know you had and now its just gotten worse. Or you may have cysts, which normally are nothing to worry about but can cause pain, fevers and make your periods all out of wack. Make an appointment with your doctor, don't wait.

What is your age? Please answer because, believe it or not, it does have bearing to the answer you will receive.

I'm 19... ive had a yeast infection before but not sense then... it feels like a normal period but I just wasent expecting it to come 2 weeks early... I don't have a severe cramping or pain... just the feeling of no energy (something I experence every time I have my period) but nothing that would make me worry to the point of going in

Have you been under more stress than normal lately?

Well not more but this past year has been really hard for me... dealing with family issues but I've never really let it bother me to the point of really stressing out... its never affected my periods before... untill recently I've noticed an irreguality in my last 2 period cycles

Then, if that is the case, I would follow Kanicky's suggestion and make an appointment with your gynecologist. It may be nothing, just a change in weather, but when something is not right, it is always best to check it out and make sure all is okay. Your gynecologist can also answer any additional questions that you may have.
