Ok I don't remember much but if someone can name this anime id be so happy.. ok so this must be 90s perhaps even older.. it was a long anime. Not a series. There was a distinctive thing about this cartoony anime and that was the shapes of the badguys heads and wheels on there bikes.. they was rounded like bubbles faces black like TV screens.also I remember giant round fat robots one was blue one green and so on chasing hunting down these kids in like a jeep in a ruined city.. remember another part loads of little yellow head animal like furballs climb onto one of the robots and suffocate it.. it was a weird anime but I loved it as a kid.for some reason the word destiny and world remind me the name of film but unsure please help so I can put my mind to rest
