Where? What Country or State?
Do you have any information at all?

USA, My sister was born in Abington, PA we are a year apart. We both were kept together so I think we were born in the same place.

Would it not be on the birth certificate? I know on mine, even though I was adopted, the information on it, hospital I was born at, doctor who delivered me and more are all the real info.

Unless she was adopted and the because was changed, it's available to her.
Why is there a problem (if you know)?
Do your foster parents know, or are you out of touch with them?

@JudyKay yes we know each other biological parents are dead, well everyone is gone. I think she was not sure where she was born not a lot of information given to us. There are six of us kids and we were scattered me and my sister stayed together. I have my BC so I don't know why she can't get hers

My BC has that my birthday is on July 7th I have been celebrating on the 8th all my life you think they may have made a mistake?

Possibly - I have little faith in the Department of Vital Statistics.
The date on my husband's Death Certificate is, likewise, wrong - completely wrong date for no reason.

Thanks for your comments JudyKayTee this helped me find out why she was having such a problem. She was not sure of the State was looking in the county instead of the state. Hopefully they will be able to find it. I will keep you posted.
