I just got out of prison and I can't find any place that can help me with some small finacal prblems is there any place that can give me agrant or finacal assitance

Very doubtful. You will see ads for felons getting grants but they are scammers who want some money out of you! Real grants require a solid business plan. No one helps with debts. Your best bets are local agencies and churches and community centers.
