I want to configure Microsoft outlook 2000 from free Yahoo mail account and hotmail account help me to solve the issue

Outlook 2000 doesn't support Hotmail. There is a workaround here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/234704). There are others too, Google is your friend here.:)
