Sir My name is Lubna, and I want your help. Sir I have recently went to Haj with my mother and husband. Sir my mother has a trust on me and therefore at the age of nearly 78 she agreed to go for Haj. We performed all parts of Haj and when we were retuning from Mina last day we came on foot, my mother was on wheel chair. She was feeling very this comfortable during the journey. I continuously gave her sweet dates ,biscuits and water as she might not have low sugar level. She was saying for a taxi, but they are not easily available. At last we reached our residence and she become happy . We went in room, she was feeling tired, I only gave her a diet supplement to drink as we my husband told me that he will bring food after Maghrib prayer. She offered Asr and Magrib prayers and when after Magrib I gave her tea she was unable to hold the cup, I tried to feed her myself but she was looking too confused,my husband asked me to let her rest . I again tried to give her milk with a straw, she took one sip and than again my husband told me to let her rest. I asked my husband to call an ambulance as I think she need a drip. I myself started forming bag for a hospital and washing tea cups and when I looked to mother she was more, taking her last breath. I was shocked as I cannot expect this to happen. Sir from that day I always blame myself for her death as my husband being a doctor could not recognize her and I was busy in making bag for hospital rather than sitting with her. Sir please tell me is my mother soul happy or annoyed with me? Sir did I make a mistake carrying her for Haj? Sir I always take so much care for her food but on that day we did not have lunch. A night before it she also did not took dinner as her stomach was upset.I don't know what had happened to me not caring for her food that day .Sir it was my mistake or from command of Allah.Sir I blame myself why I did not carried her to hospital when she was uncomfortable. Sometimes want to die as I love and miss her very much. Please reply to me.
