I want know what are the method which can be used to reduce the weight of a PVC shoe sole by 20%.Here,virgin PVC,DOP, PVC granules,crumbs and other acs. Are used as ingredients.I'm grateful,if you can give at least a clue.

PVC shoe sole? Are you referring to foot ware? Back to you, Tom

If you are talking about the sole of a shoe, look at cellular core PVC manufacturing practices. Here, somehow, they infuse air into PVC and make it like 30% lighter than regular schedule 40 PVC.

Thank you for answering my question and it'l also be very important to my work.Can't do it with out any replacement?just only changing the amount of fillers?I heard that this can be solve by just looking the specific gravity.But I don't know the way of doing it.(the important thing is, this shoe soles can only be manufactured by using injection molding.)
