We had purchase a plot in 1990, sales deed is registered and our name is also added in INDEX II. Original Index II submitted to talati for transfer. Till date 7/12 extract not issued in our name. Kindly guide us in this matter..

Agree, your terms do not match what is done in several nations I am aware of. So what nation is this form, any certain area.
