There are no laws that govern dating. As long as her parents approve you would not be breaking any laws just dating. However, if there is any sexual intimacy, then there might be legal issues.

From another side of this, even though 3 years is not a long time, there really is a wide gap in the development stages between 18 and 15. While a gap of 24-21 is nothing, when one party is an adult and the other still a child, there generally isn't that much in common.

Where are you getting this stuff? Yes the girl's parents have to agree, but the boy is 18, his parents have no say.

And to add to Scott, the parents can't agree to allow them to do anything that is illegal, it is still illegal to have sexual contact. That contact can even be touching though the clothes in some areas.

Of course you think its fine, but the question here was about legality. And what do your parent's think? If there has been any sexual activity your boyfriend could be in a lot of trouble.
