My mortgage is through Sun Trust bank. I pay them 12 payments a year like I am susposed to. Yes they are usually late but hardly ever ever over 30 days. We pay them the late charge every month. Suntrust keeps calling my home over and over and over. At what point is it harassment and what can I do to stop the calls? Thank you for any help. Wishing to sue them if I could.

It is harassment if you don't actually owe them money.

You stop it by making all payments on time, if they are not late, I bet they do not call.

They are entitled to call if they are one day late.

You can not sue, in fact if you are always late, they may depending on terms in loan, demand payment in faull for being late every month.

Try to pay one extra payment to get ahead. Then you won't be late.

If you legally owe them the money they can and will continue to call you up until you pay them.

It's not harassment if you owe them money - and that's a payment that's one day late or 30 days late.

Make the payments on time, and they'll stop calling you.
