Of course we had it recorded on VHS and have lost it! It was about a little girl and her brother and all they wanted for christmas was "a white christmas", for it to snow. She and her brother are then transported in a dream to a land in the clouds. I can't remember much else from the movie, only that they met these two characters "thunder" and "lightning" who were bad, and they befriended a character that I think was an icicle? Really hope someone can help me find this title!

I'm looking for the same Christmas movie but I haven no idea what it's called. Have you had any luck finding out? I don't really remember much else other that what you've already stated. Except I think the icicle character was Jack frost (I'm not 100% sure though). I remember he'd go about turning things to sludge or freezing things, I think. There was also some sort of machine or something... It's really annoying me and I've been looking for ages now. Please let me know if you find out. I would be so grateful.
