I've progressed from 2003 to 2007 office. I am preparing a report that requires entered data in three adjacent columns. To condense the visual report I want the entire column on one sheet of paper. I've searched the ribbons only locating the page break. In excel 2007 how can I break the column at the bottom of the page and command the data to continue at the top of the page.

On the Office button is the print menu. You can select scaling there to force page breaks.

Does not work, again I want all names on one sheet of paper. I can go to view in ribbon and adjust. In three adjacent columns I may (right click) to insert more or remove names in these columns only. If names reach bottom of page and need to resume on top of page with ∑ function continuing to tally. I needs to break COLUMN not PAGE to resolve this. I was able to achieve this in Excel 2003, can I doe this in Excel 2007?
