Your tests may be false negatives. Is there a medi-merge type of facility by you that you can walk-in? They usually treat that same day

And you may be late because you are sick from the flu.
Or you may just be late, it is not uncommon at all to often be late a week or two. Some women at times even miss a month.

So you wait two weeks, and see your doctor. If you are pregnant you will still be pregnant in 2 weeks.
