I was just wondering if someone could help me out here. I'm trying to figure out the most realistic date I would have gotten pregnant so I can figure out exactly how far along I am. First of all... the first day of my last period was Nov. 6th. They normally last 7 days so it went to the 12th. Here's the deal... I went to the dr and according to them I would have been 6 weeks pregnant yesterday (December 18th) which would put me as being pregnant the day after I had sex (wich was the last day of my period). Is it possible to get pregnant that fast after a period or is it more likely I got pregnant on one of the other days I had sex (the 19th or the 24th)? It's just something I've been wondering about. Any info you have would be awesome. Thanks. :)

It is possible to get pregnant on the last day. So yes that is a possible date. But the doctors estimates are just that, estimates. So it can also be the other dates.

It will not really be that much concern, since give or take a couple weeks since babies come early or late so a due date is never exact anyway.

The only reason it would make any real difference is if they were different men, Which you did not say was the case, If that was the case, there is no way to tell till the child is born and a DNA test is done, the dates are just too close.

While not common, conceiving during or right after your period is possible due to an early ovulation period. However, it is quite possible also that this was a pseudo period, a false period, making you further than the 6 week mark. An ultrasound can clear that up by measuring the growing bones, this is still not 100% accurate.

If you are concerned about paternity, in the end you will have to have a DNA test done.
