I dyed my dark brown hair with blond hair dye, and it turned out a little lighter, with the top super golden blond. I've bought 'white out' from hot topic, I don't know whether to use it or bleach my hair more. With that said, is blond hair dye the same as bleach? Please answer soon >.<

I have this same problem. You don't want more bleach or a blonde dye, you want a toner. A toner, like ManicPanic's Virgin Snow (http://www.manicpanic.com/besthaircolor/virginsnow.html), is a light purple "dye" that will cancel out the yellow in your hair, leaving it white.
