Do you own the house or are you the leaseholder? If so, you can get him out by following the proper eviction process. He is your tenant and has be evicted legally.
As far as the belongings he owns nothing but what he brought into the house.

Thanks for Ur reply , my question is I did go to family court charge him of domestic abused for the verbally , emotionally , physically abused me . I called a cop 4 times to remove him out my house I owned .we lived 4 months here in Vegas . He did help me to fix my house because previous rental destroyed my house . Every time we fight he always intimitated me will sue me $30,000.00 take me to the court and he said will put a lent on my house . I spend and gave him more that $4,000.00 . I cooked , washed he's clothes , buy him cigaretts , and gas feed him free rent and utilities he control me and intimidating me . He makes me nervous and aggrevated , annoying me and makes me cries and upset I want him out , I felf sorry to him every time I told him he need to move out he cries and asking forgiveness . He just using me for he's owed benefit . The cop favors him give him a wrong information that my boyfriend has a right to destroyed my belonging and my house if he want too . And the cop told him half of my house and belonging is belong to him .I file for a domestic abused Nov-20 -11 . I have 30 days to serve him to move out my house .this coming Dec 20 Tuesday is the end of my order of protection . Can my order of protection is still valid ?can I still continue to evicted him out my house with escort of the cop this Dec 20 -11. According to the person who worked there I need to pick it up the order of protection and cop will escort him out my house ? I am confused I'm here alone in Vegas without a friend and family to help me aim afraid .

The cop who told him that should be reported to his supervisor. He has no right to your belongings.
If you are able to get an order of protection then you can use that to get him out. Make sure a police officer (NOT the one who told him he was entitled to your belongings) has him remove all his belongings. Then you change the locks. But you can't change the locks until he is removed either by a order of protection or an eviction order.
