I used glutithione last year for about 5 months and noticed no change in lightening.
I didn't get sick once( and it was flu season) and my health and vitality were up. But no I never noticed even a little skin lightening. And I was taking a lot.
I know topical seems a lot messier and more work but... I haven't experienced any thing else that works.

Regarding the effectivity of glutathion pills many of my friends have already tried it... they said it really give out a difference.. well, I actually see some changes.. most probably the result varies on the hormones.. but I see a really great difference when my friends start using the injectible type of glutathion.. easier... faster effect... but of course much expensive than of the pills... injectible is around 3k and above.. while the pills is about

I'm about to purchase L-Glutathione pills online after doing extensive research on its ingredients, side effects, etc.. . and I'm convinced they are good for you because they are an antioxidant with all natural ingredients. I know the skin will lighten, but does anyone know if darkness under the eyes lightens as well??
