I'm a fourteen year old girl.
Okay, so here's the deal. I've been friends with a guy... I'll call him Jason. So, Jason and I have been amazing friends for a couple of months and we're always together. I used to have a crush on him, but now it's gone. I love him as a brother. So he was introducing me to one of his friends. I'll call him Cyrus. So, one or two months after Cyrus and I met, all three of us went to the store to buy pop. On the way there, Cyrus held my hand and said to Jason "look, bro. We're dating now". In a kind of serious/joking way. So Jason was curious. He asked if we were really dating. Cyrus continued to mess with Jason and said yes. But I decided that I might as well give it a shot. So we were holding hands to the store, and back. Then it was time for me to leave and go home. Cyrus offered to walk me home. We held hands on the way. So we were at my house, then I say "Bye". He said "Don't I get a hug?" I wasn't completely shocked, but he was cute, so I gave him a peck on the lips. Then went inside.

The next day, we all were hanging out. We went to the store and bought pop. When we walked out, Cyrus held my hand in the dark while Jason was rocketing his pop. When Jason wasn't looking, Cyrus whispered "Quick. Gimme a kiss. He isn't looking." And I pecked his lips again. Then we all went to our hang out spot. Some other kids were there. The more important one... I'll call Sarah. Sarah said to me "You and Jason should go out. You'll look will look cute together." Then with her being annoying, she butt into my love life and ran away with Jason and asked him if he liked me. Jason told Sarah he does. Then I was in a dead zone because Jason doesn't know that me and Cyrus are hooking up. And Sarah convinced Jason to ask me out. I was in trouble then... Jason liked me for a long time. And Cyrus liked me not as long, but still does. When Cyrus pulled me out into the hall, he was upset because he thought I told Sarah that we were dating. I told him no. So he was dumbfounded. I laughed and we made out. It was amazing. :) He wanted to keep going, I laughed and said no.

After Sarah convinced Jason to ask me out, he did. But while he was asking me out. Everybody left the room. And I was torn between two, so I told Jason to wait. I said "crushes come and go, so if you still like me later, I might like you back". He agreed. Everybody came back and Cyrus took me into the hall. He asked if I said yes. I said I didn't. Then we made out. It was more amazing. ;) Then we left and we four were in the room. We were talking. The Sarah left. Then I had to leave, Cyrus walked me home again.

We were holding hands, I gave him a hug then we leaned in. I kissed him once and said "maybe tomorrow." and smiled. He was whining and saying I was unfair. I laughed and went inside. Then over Facebook we were deciding whether we should keep hooking up because it was going to hurt Jason later. We still couldn't make up our minds. Now it's my choice. He said he'd try to be fine with it if Jason and I went out, but will miss holding my hand and kissing me. I know I'll miss him too...

So, what do you guys think I should do. I'm not okay with the three possible outcomes which are:
1) Cyrus and I keep hooking up. (It will hurt Jason)
2) I start dating Jason. (It will hurt Cyrus)
3) I say no to both of them. (It will hurt all of us)

Well, first of all, if you are considering being sexually active talk to an adult and get more information. I know you've heard it a million times, but gathering information is never something you'll regret.

In an ideal world you would say no to both of them and work on yourself as a person. But it sounds like you are pretty young and it doesn't sound like this situation is going to end in any sort of emotionally crippling experience for anyone. So do what you want to do, I guess. Just be smart and kind. And know that "hooking up" with someone isn't going to help your reputation or your self-esteem in the long run, as fun as it may be.

What I think you should do first is decide which you like more and stay with that person. If that doesn't work, then make a list of pros and cons with one or the other. If this does not work, then give it some time. That's really all I can say. Good luck.

It sounds like Jason has already accepted the fact that you don't have those kinds of feelings for him right now, and it sounds like you're really enjoying being with Cyrus, so why not keep dating him?
