Do not stress this can cause your period to be late. Stress can do that as well as female problems. When I was 20, I stopped having a period, went over a year then went to the Dr. he acted as if it was no big deal. They gave me a shot to make me have my period { after a pregnancy test} the shot worked but I never stopped for another year. I eventually at age 25 began having urinary tract infections one after another. Then sex hurt as well. I went back again to the Dr. they found in exploratory surgery I had large cysts the size of grape fruits. Which had to be removed for they were pressing on my bladder causing the infections. So as you have read some of what I went through, do not get to upset just yet. Calm down and your body will do what it needs believe it or not but even a lot of weight loss can cause women to stop having a period. Plus it has been found if your around another woman, we tend to get in sic with one another so if your around another female as a new room mate, your body and hers will begin to have your periods around the same time, or close to it.
Odd how our bodies are the same yet all are different as well. Calm down first, this may make you late being upset. I'm now 52 years old and have a Son and helped many of his girlfriends who were to afraid to ask their own mother and were aware he and I talked about all these things with freedom. They would have him ask me about their issues. When and if you do get your period, honey please if you do not wish to have a child just yet, take precautions from now on. I say this not being mean just eventually you can without precautions get pregnant. Nothing is 100% but do something, they have so many things now for us women and it is free at the free clinic. Not to mention you could catch something, AIDS is out there and it should be enough to make anyone cautious. Good luck, calm your nervous and you'r likely to start soon. Good Luck
