Hi my puppy (half Rottweiler half pit bull) is about 5 weeks and yesterday I too her to the vet cause I noticed she had diarrhea. The vet put her on this canned dog food and he gave her this pill to deworm her and I've been giving her this other med. Well her poo went back to normal and her tests results came back negative for parasites or anything but today I noticed she didn't really poo after her meal. She went poo only once, she usually goes twice. Then I fed her again later on and she took a nap and when she woke up she vomited a very small amount of yellow bile. Keep mind she still hasn't went poo. She is acting normal her tummy isn't tender or whatever and she's eating normally. It's just that she hasn't went poo for about 10 hours.
