Ok, so I'm a 20 year old guy, she's 24. We met at a gig just over a year ago and have been together ever since. She's perfect in every single way. Not a single fault in my eyes! She went to a festival about 6 months ago, so I decided to go and see my cousin (bear in mind that I almost never go out without my incredibly beautiful girlfriend by my side), and a few friends for a beer at his. I got pretty drunk and thought it would be funny to send an old friend of mine an email asking for a picture of her.
I felt awful as soon as I hit send!

So my girlfriend has a day off work, and somehow ends up finding this, and almost immediately breaks up with me. I don't know what to do. I've had a panic attack nearly jumped off a roof (im a roofer) but I keep thinking what if she takes me back.

So she's having a go at me this morning over the net, and after I get back from work, its all calmed down, and were having a really nice and friendly chat. We started talking about a show I took her to see in the summer and I asked if she'd ever go again. She said definitely it was great. I thought I'd be a bit cheeky and say what about with me? Flat NO!

So I'm asking would she ever be able to talk face to face with me or even be a friend because god knows she's the best friend I ever had! And again "NO" now you may think "shes stringing you along" I don't care! All I need to know is how to make her see that I would never intentionally hurt her and I need her in my life to feel whole again!

PLEASE HELP!"NS"

Questions like these seem to form pretty often on here, like you are expecting us to have a magic answer of what to say to make this girl take you back. Facts are, you messed up and she doesn't want to hear it or take you back. Frankly, I don't think the issue was a big enough deal to break up with over but she did. Therefore, you need to move on. This whole "almost jumped off a roof" crap is a bit ridiculous, I mean... I don't believe there is any situation that there is an excuse to kill yourself, ecspecially one as silly as losing a girl. Why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you? Move on.

Apologize sincerely for being a drunken fool, and admit it was an idiot mistake, then leave her alone. No begging or small talk.

Let her decide when she has made you suffer enough, missed you, and wants you back.
