I always wanted to get a samoan tattoo but is it OK to get if your not samoan?

Of course you can. The important thing is what the tattoo means to you.

You go into the tattoo shop and pay them to do what ever tattoo you want.

Haha Yes it is OK. As long as you go to a SAMOAN TATTOOIST.
Don't go to some white dude that doesn't know what the eff he is doing... No offense to white people I'm white myself, but my husband is Samoan and he has a tribal tattoo also and I love it. We also were at a gas station one night and a white man walks in all tribaled out it looked good, and my husband thought so highly of him and thought he was the coolest white guy ever, their culture is so open to anyone so if you do a samoan tribal tattoo, No Samoan will think your weird.. Or whatever :)

I meant to say no you do not. Yes it's onto get one if your not Samoan, Tongan, Hawaiian, etc...
