Ok well I was 18 when I sing my rights away to my little boy his grandma told me that I can see him whenever I wanted but she don't I really want him back I can support him now and the thimg is that I don'teven know if it was really the rights that I gave I don't remember anything really it wasn't a court house that we went to it was an office and everyone is telling me that it was a notary office how can I find out because my sons grandma kped all my copies and she don't want to give them to me so how will I know if I gave up my rights or was it just temporary custody

Take her to court and prove you didn't sign rights away. Then get your child back.

You can do one of two things. Get a copy of the child's birth certificate and go pick up the child. If the grandma tries to stop you make her call the police and show them the birth certificate. Make the grandma produce proof that you signed over your rights.

Or you can go to court and file for a restoration of custody. She will have to produce proof that you permanently signed over your rights. Unlikely that she will be able to.

Thank you I will do that and if it was my rights will I be able to get him back

That's harder to answer without knowing the circumstances. But its unlikely your rights were terminated.
