Me and my Fiancé had sex a week ago, and the condom split! Ive been on the pill from last year feb! I was suppose to start my periods yesterday, and I haven't! Am I Pregnant? Can I get a pregnancy test just after a week?? Please help!

If you were using the condom AND the pill I applaud you!! Great thinking as no one form of birht control alone is 100% effective. You are a very smart girl understanding that.

That said, since you are protected by the pill and the condom split, it is most likely safe to say that you did not get pregnant. You period was supposed to start yesterday and even in the most regular of women we get an irregular period every once in a while, and in the medical community one day does not necessarily constitute being "late."

To ease your worried mind, if you do not get your period in a week you can take a HPT using first morning urine. It may still show negative since it takes a while for the pregnancy hormone hCG to build up in your system. However, the chances of you being pregnant are most likely slim.
