My probation officer forged a document stating my car had been judge ordered impounded in a dui case when I was just waiting for paperwork from DMV to release me from mpoundent and said fee. So I thought I finished probation, but I was called in by the director of probation who acussed me of paying her to do it help I have to go in tomorrow with a new money order. Scared ill go to jail for her mistake.

How do you know the PO forged the document? Do you have any proof otherwise to show the judge?

Sounds strange, why did the PO do this?

I was told by her if I didn't have the dmv paperwork in by today I would be violated. I went today she said thanku your finished . I left 30 minutes later, the director called me in questioned me . There is a document with my name on it stating my car was impound a Dodge , I didn't have a Dodge ever, she then called me to say she had done this. I'm in shock, the director asked me if id paid her money to do such a thing, I'm nervous I have no proof I'm innocent .

What make of car did you have impounded? Do you have the title or registration to prove this was your car that was impounded? If so then your paperwork will prevail - not the other paperwork.
