Dear team,
I booked 1 guntha (1000ft x 1000ft)by a land dealer ,now I want proper document by him like 7/12 utaara.The land dealer is saying that POWER OF ATTORNEY is better than 7/12 because if you will sale your land in future then you have to gather all person who took 7/12 with you.but after taking POWER OF ATTORNEY you can sale your land alone.
So I'm confuse that what will be right?
POWER OF ATTORNEY OR 7/12 UATTARA?

Your dealer is right but its better if u have both with u because even the 7 12 utara is important how I don't know exactly but better u take both
