Most likely a pl-240.20-07 will get charged as a misdemeanor;

The only other way it will get looked at is a summary defense, but I doubt it!

NY PL 240.20.07 (if that is the State) is disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

It would be charged as a misdemeanor. It wouldn't be charged as a summary defense - again, if that is the question.

Yes that is the state.

My fault, I know it's disorderly conduct; and I know it typically results in a misdemeanor,

Although some are considered a summary offense, not sure why I said defense, been up too long...

I have a this con conviction in ny--it's supposed to be a violation(unless the -07 means misdemeanor) in NY
