There was a movie (probably from the seventies)that had lots of dancing in it. There was song that played throughout the movie called "Ca Plane Pour Moi." I did many searches with no success. It is not an obvious film. I remember it was sort of a teen comedy.

There are a few movies with that song by the band Plastic Bertrand but only one from the 1970's
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0078411/

Coonskin 1975 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071361/
A multi-layered satire of race relations in America. Live-action sequences of a prison break bracket the animated story of Brother Rabbit, Brother Bear, and Preacher Fox, who rise to the top of the crime ranks in Harlem by going up against a con-man, a racist cop, and the Mafia.

Someone put me down as unhelpful but I have to say that I looked on imdb for Plastic Bertrand's song Ca Plane Pour Mo and that is the only 1070's movie that song was in according to their profile on imdb
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0078411/

And when I look it up I see that Plastic Bertrand did not put that song to public until 1977 so not sure how a 1975 movie got a song that was made by Plastic Bertrand in 1977
So I see it was written for that movie and then in 1977 he had it on the air

I have no idea why people put down an unhelpful when you've obviously done your research and are trying to help.

I balanced it with an "agree" (or whatever it's called).

Judy- you are too sweet. Thanks. I just not sure what the asker is looking for since that is the only one with that song from the 1970's so maybe the movie they want is a little later. I put that link too. I hope they find the movie they are looking for.
